The other thing I’d think would help with this crank, other than that pin, is that it be more like a large fishing real handle – a bit longer and have a “T” shape on the end for less slipping. Partially my fault for not thinking I’d get a full unit back, but still no hunting this weekend either. I’ve got to hunt 1 night out of three weeks and it’s getting frustrating. ![]() So now I’m back in camp to hunt and no handle. He didn’t ask to have it to send back and I didn’t think anything about it. I put the unit on at camp and found out that a new handle wasn’t shipped! To be fair, I only told (and showed) my dealer that the pin sheered and the handle was useless. ![]() It took a little less than a week and a half to have the unit back in hand. Good news, my regular dealer (not who I purchased the bow from as I was too far away and needed a new one) took the unit and returned it without any questions saying there was a lifetime warranty. Something happened during decocking (found later that the pin was gone in the weeds, but did find the handle) and it ended up dry firing about 1/2 way down. Heard the pin sheer and got a pretty good gash and bruising on index finger. Same thing happened to me! First night out, decocking the bow. ![]()
